- It depends how you want it. On a fully managed plan there's often no machine cost to you at all — we supply, stock and service it, and you provide the floor space and a power point. If you'd rather own the machine outright, we sell smart machines with finance available. Either way, send us a 2-minute brief and we'll come back with a tailored quote, usually within 1 business day.
- How quickly can a vending machine be installed in my Brisbane office?
- Most installations happen within 1–2 business days of your enquiry. We bring the machine, plug it in, stock it, and we're out of your way. Get in touch and we'll confirm a delivery window for your suburb.
- Which Brisbane suburbs do you service?
- We service offices, gyms, workshops, and industrial sites across Greater Brisbane — including the CBD, Fortitude Valley, South Brisbane, Milton, Toowong, Chermside, Eight Mile Plains, Eagle Farm, Rocklea, Springfield and surrounding suburbs. - What products can the machine stock?
- Snacks (chips, chocolate, lollies, biscuits), cold drinks (soft drinks, sparkling water, juice), healthy options (nuts, protein bars, water), energy drinks, and canned coffee. We'll work with your team to pick a product mix that actually moves.
- How do customers pay?
- All our machines accept cashless tap-and-pay — debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash is also supported on most machines. Cashless is faster, cleaner, and means we can monitor sales in real time.
- What happens if the machine breaks down or runs out of stock?
- Our machines are remotely monitored, so we usually know about a stock or fault issue before you do. We respond same-day across Brisbane for any service issue, and we'll swap out the machine if a fix isn't possible.
- Is there a minimum size for a workplace to get a machine?
- We typically place machines in workplaces with 20+ staff, or smaller sites with high foot traffic (gyms, workshops, warehouses, after-hours sites). Smaller offices may still qualify — get in touch and we'll let you know.
